As part of its commitment to strengthening innovation and enhancing problem-solving capabilities across the organization, AHLE recently organized a two-day Design Thinking for Business Improvement Training for its leaders. The program was facilitated by Mr. Andy Iskandar, an experienced trainer and consultant with extensive expertise in innovation, organizational development, and business transformation. 

The training was designed to equip participants with the principles and methodology of Design Thinking, a human-centered approach to innovation that focuses on understanding user needs and developing solutions that create meaningful value. Through a combination of interactive discussions, case studies, group exercises, and practical workshops, participants were guided through the key stages of the Design Thinking process, from empathizing with users and defining challenges to ideating, prototyping, and validating potential solutions. 

Throughout the program, participants were encouraged to explore business challenges from different perspectives, challenge conventional thinking, and collaborate in developing innovative approaches to problem-solving. The highly interactive nature of the training created opportunities for knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and the exchange of diverse ideas and experiences among AHLE leaders.
